This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish and guide the strategy, roadmap, governance, and capabilities for Digital Engineering and the Digital Thread across the organization.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of PLM solutions and engineering systems.

• Guarantee smooth integration among PLM, ERP, Cost Management, CAD/EDA, and other enterprise platforms.

• Enhance end-to-end engineering processes, including requirements, BOM, configuration, release, and engineering change management, in alignment with V-Model and ASPICE practices.

• Champion cross-functional and global initiatives involving Engineering, IT, software vendors, and implementation partners.

• Cultivate internal capabilities through expert support, coaching, training, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices.

• Provide leadership for integration of engineering processes, enterprise engineering platforms, product data governance, system integrations, deployment activities, user adoption, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

• Coordinate delivery, manage suppliers, develop teams, and maintain ownership of Digital Engineering solutions and processes over the long term.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in Digital Engineering, PLM, Engineering Systems, or Engineering Transformation.

• In-depth knowledge of EBOM, Configuration Management, Release Management, and Engineering Change (ECR/ECO) processes.

• Experience in implementing or supporting PLM solutions and integrations with ERP, Cost Management, CAD/EDA, and other enterprise systems.

• Solid understanding of multidisciplinary product development across Software, Hardware, and Mechanical Engineering.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven track record in leading project teams and international initiatives.

• Preferred: experience with Siemens Teamcenter, Polarion/IBM DOORS, Digital Thread, V-Model/ASPICE, Functional Safety, Product Cybersecurity, and automotive or similar engineering sectors.
