📋 Description

• Serve as a bridge between R&D, Field Sales Engineers, and Customer Success teams.

• Convert technical requirements and feedback among teams.

• Support the deployment and operationalization of intricate cloud security solutions.

• Ensure that solution components operate efficiently and integrate seamlessly.

• Quickly diagnose and resolve technical challenges.

• Prioritize tasks to guarantee the timely resolution of high-impact issues.

• Foster professional relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.

• Offer technical guidance and assistance to Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams.

• Keep abreast of cloud security trends and technologies.

• Share technical insights and suggestions to enhance product features and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related area.

• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect, ideally within the cloud security sector.

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with a knack for analyzing intricate systems and processes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for cultivating strong relationships.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Certifications in cloud security or related areas, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or CISSP, are advantageous.
