Fullstack Kotlin/React Developer – Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance for complex, high-impact projects.

• Facilitate and contribute to sessions focused on technical and functional enhancements.

• Design, implement, deploy, and monitor applications, ensuring quality and compliance with best practices.

• Enhance current systems by suggesting scalable and efficient technical solutions.

• Conduct code reviews and engage in pair programming to evaluate code quality.

• Develop creative solutions to intricate problems with an emphasis on optimization and scalability.

• Implement RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures to guarantee high availability and performance.

• Produce clean, testable, and well-documented code while utilizing GitHub for version control.

• Mentor fellow developers through code reviews and by advocating for best practices.

• Ensure quality delivery from initial concept through to production using automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

• Monitor and assess platform performance, pinpointing and addressing performance bottlenecks.

• Stay current with software development best practices and emerging technologies.

• Collaborate effectively, demonstrating strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in full-stack development.

• Proficiency in Kotlin and Spring Boot.

• Familiarity with at least one cloud service provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience in developing microservices and RESTful APIs.

• Strong knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems like Kafka.

• Proficient in using Git.

• Experience with automated unit and integration testing.

• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps best practices.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

• Background in financial systems with an understanding of credit.

• Knowledge of frontend development, including JavaScript and React.

• Awareness of various architectural types.

• Understanding of information security and web application security best practices.

• Experience working in highly available and scalable environments.
