This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Provide support to PRS customers in the designated region through high-touch remote service and proactive onsite interaction when necessary.
• Address customer inquiries related to ordering, pricing, billing, and product knowledge.
• Facilitate urgent order processing, product returns, and account setup.
• Offer guidance on product selection, sizing, and appropriate usage as per labeling.
• Escalate customer concerns and advocate for resolutions via internal channels.
• Lead the rollout of the new eCommerce platform, customer onboarding, and adoption of online ordering.
• Distribute product literature, marketing collateral, and educational resources.
• Assist with regional trade shows, including lead capture, follow-up, and post-event conversion efforts.
• Relay product updates, inventory modifications, and ordering efficiencies to Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Area Business Managers to prioritize sales initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
• Support product demonstrations, in-servicing, and training for office personnel.
• Qualify both inbound and outbound leads.
• Maintain and expand the sales pipeline while documenting activities in Salesforce.com.
• Conduct live and virtual meetings, product presentations, and follow-up communications.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to uncover trends, gaps, and potential opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account records and utilize CRM tools to monitor performance and insights.
• Assist in monthly regional cadencing and quarterly business reviews.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and documentation standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or medical devices is necessary.
• Experience in high-touch customer service or premium account management is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is required.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to present data-driven insights are crucial.
• Willingness to relocate for future career advancement into field sales positions is expected.
• Must satisfy credentialing and compliance standards for hospital access.
• Ability to travel at least 25%, including overnight stays, is required.
