Plasma Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer accounts within a designated territory

• Apply consulting and DMAIC methodologies to enhance customer operations and efficiency

• Offer on-call consulting and troubleshooting assistance via the Plasma Support line

• Deliver product and technical guidance as well as sales support for clients

• Educate customers on the correct usage of Fresenius Kabi products

• Conduct training sessions for instrument operators and carry out periodic evaluations and retraining

• Facilitate technical training for self-service customers in a classroom environment

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and introduce new products, driving product acceptance and sales growth

• Work directly with customers in the field to assist with troubleshooting and enhance mechanical skills

• Support Account Management consultants with responsibilities related to national accounts

• Contribute insights on product and service offerings

• Counsel plasma center managers on industry best practices

• Install plasmapheresis devices and assist new customers; installation duties may constitute over 20% of the role

• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management System standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within Biologics or Plasma

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OneDrive

• Willingness to travel extensively, exceeding 75%

• Capacity to lift 60 lbs.

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Skill in managing multiple projects concurrently

• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to electrical instrumentation

• Capability to educate others effectively

• Familiarity with the Plasma and Blood Bank sectors

• Understanding of the regulatory and quality landscape in the Plasma and Blood Bank industries

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending English
