
Planning Specialist – Customer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Develop route plans utilizing work order data and route analysis software.
• Modify territory plans to ensure the creation of effective and efficient daily and weekly tactical route plans.
• Conduct data analysis regarding plans, resource availability, and territory.
• Keep geographic codes, addresses, and customer information updated.
• Communicate route details within assigned territories to service personnel.
• Summarize and review plans each day with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Generate daily summary reports and submit them to the supervisor.
• Report metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor and Branch Managers/Technicians on a daily basis.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with branch managers, service managers, technicians, contact center teams, North America managers and colleagues, as well as key customers.
• Proficient in routing and scheduling software systems.
• In-depth knowledge of branch service department resources, territory structure, recurring service planning, and schedule availability for unplanned demands.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, maintenance instructions, procedural manuals, and/or governmental regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple repetitive tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of texting software or other necessary applications for the role.
• Competence in interacting effectively with co-workers and the public.
• Fundamental knowledge of company operating systems.
• Proven ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgment and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the service industry.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience as a dispatcher and/or customer service representative.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition items up to 10 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while utilizing office equipment.
• Close visual acuity for detail-oriented tasks and computer work.
