Planning and Management Specialist – E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Extract, process, and integrate sales, order, school, student, and logistics data, converting it into analyses and insights to aid in decision-making.

• Develop and manage dashboards along with commercial, operational, and financial performance metrics.

• Evaluate outcomes (actual vs. budget vs. forecast), prepare forecasts, and simulate scenarios within the commercial cycle.

• Assist with the financial and budget planning for the area and oversee budget execution.

• Compute and reconcile the financial figures of operations.

• Map processes and create automation for data handling and reporting routines, including the application of AI tools.

• Create concise, informative executive reports and presentations that translate data into actionable conclusions and recommendations.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance processes and the management model of the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in advanced Excel.

• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Power BI.

• Experience in data analysis, KPIs, and dashboard creation.

• Financial understanding for analysis of results and budget assistance.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, such as the Claude suite (Anthropic).

• Strong analytical skills, a systems-level viewpoint, and effective communication abilities to interpret data into insights.

• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation is advantageous.

• Background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controllership, or BI is a plus.

• Familiarity with process mapping is beneficial.

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or education sectors is a plus.

• Familiarity with data lakes or cloud environments (e.g., Databricks) is a plus.
