Planning Analyst, Project Controls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and manage cost reports or schedules

• Monitor actual expenditures, commitments, and forecasting data

• Aid in accruals and reporting cycles

• Detect variances and assist with risk and trend analysis

• Collaborate with project team members to collect necessary inputs

• Review, forecast, and evaluate project schedules

• Keep project controls documentation well-organized

• Conduct independent cost and/or schedule management tasks for projects of moderate complexity

• Provide support to senior staff and clients through analysis, reporting, and the execution of specified project controls deliverables

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience as a cost or schedule management subject matter expert on capital projects, encompassing design, construction, and testing phases.

• Proven experience working in teams within a complex, matrixed environment.

• Proficiency in utilizing cost and schedule management software.

• Required experience in one or more of the following sectors: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or related technical fields.

• Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
