Planning Analyst, Project Controls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain cost reports or schedules.

• Monitor actuals, commitments, and forecasting data.

• Aid in accruals and reporting cycles.

• Recognize variances and assist in risk and trend analysis.

• Collaborate with project team members to collect inputs.

• Evaluate, forecast, and analyze project schedules.

• Keep organized documentation for project controls.

• Execute independent cost and/or schedule management tasks for projects of moderate complexity.

• Provide support to senior staff and clients through analysis, reporting, and the execution of established project controls deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience as a cost or schedule management Subject Matter Expert (SME) on capital projects, which includes design, construction, and testing phases.

• Direct experience collaborating with teams in a complex, matrixed environment.

• Proficiency in utilizing cost and schedule management software.

• Required experience in one or more of the following industries: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field.

• Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
