PI Consultant, OSIsoft PI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Install and set up PI System components in accordance with client specifications.

• Comprehend business needs and devise solutions utilizing the PI platform.

• Develop templates and elements within Asset Framework (AF).

• Configure AF Analytics, Notifications, and Event Frames.

• Create screens and reports employing PI Vision and PI DataLink.

• Diagnose issues with the PI Server, interfaces, AF Server, and client tools.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.

• Execute PI AF migration tasks.

• Engage in PI Vision expansion initiatives.

• Carry out testing and validation processes, providing support for go-live activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.

• Proficiency with AVEVA PI / OSIsoft PI databases.

• Experience in installing and configuring PI Server, AF Server, and other PI System components.

• Familiarity with configuring PI OPC DA, OPC HDA, PI to PI, PI UFL, and PI RDBMS interfaces.

• Experience with configuring PI Collective and AF Collective.

• Capability to create templates and elements within AF.

• Ability to create and modify PI Tags.

• Experience in configuring PI AF Analytics, PI Notifications, and Event Frames.

• Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports in PI Vision, Coresight, ProcessBook, and PI DataLink.

• Knowledge of ITIL principles.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
