This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.
• Design and implement a territory strategy aimed at expanding both new and existing business through proactive engagement.
• Communicate Accredo’s programs and services effectively to enhance customer engagement and fortify relationships.
• Make outbound and inbound calls to qualify leads, generate interest, and secure opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support daily activities within the territory and ensure cohesive operations.
• Establish and nurture relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, clients, and payers to understand needs and develop solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding product launches, cross-functional initiatives, and support for internal partners.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and external meetings as required.
• Deliver presentations externally to aid in business development and enhance physician engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with account executives to formulate and present strategies that alleviate administrative burdens and enhance clinical outcomes in the designated territory.
• Provide support to physician offices and broaden access to essential oncology therapies.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to collaborate across functions to address client concerns and meet operational demands.
• Strong orientation towards customer service.
• Ability to manage deadlines and timelines in a dynamic work environment.
• Reliable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed for remote work, if applicable.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Familiarity with the healthcare or PBM industry (preferred).
• Background in healthcare or sales support (preferred).
