Physician Reviewer, Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with questions, suggested answers, and distracting “trap” answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases covering a range of systems including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the effectiveness of trap answers.

• Confirm that reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Rectify reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project tasks during active phases, ensuring timely submission by deadlines and adherence to acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Holding an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Comprehensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not applicable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those holding non-clinical healthcare titles.

• Availability for approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.

• Capacity to meet deadlines for task submissions and satisfy the outlined acceptance criteria.
