Physician Reviewer, Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, proposed answers, and distractor answers relating to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, ensure vignette accuracy and completeness, and assess answer correctness and gradeability, as well as the quality of traps.

• Verify that reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Rectify reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill qualifications, join a project, complete assigned tasks, and submit them in accordance with acceptance criteria.

• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours weekly during active project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• An active and unrestricted US medical license, verified at onboarding and re-verified on a monthly basis.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
