This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with related questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap responses across diagnosis and treatment scenarios.

• Evaluate benchmark items for accuracy and completeness of vignettes, answer transparency, correctness and gradeability of responses, and quality of distractors.

• Review reasoning chains in relation to vignette facts, validate correct reasoning paths, and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill approved project tasks within designated timelines and acceptance standards.

• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours weekly during active project phases, with scheduling based on contributor availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently practicing physician with an MD or DO degree.

• Active and unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, encompassing differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam question assessment, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• Not appropriate for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
