This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota, +1 more state.
• Identify potential candidates for physician and Advanced Practice Provider roles through networking, social media, professional associations, job boards, and various recruitment methods.
• Generate, cultivate, and monitor placements of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers at Sanford Health.
• Establish and sustain collaborative relationships with senior leadership, executives, the legal department, department chairs, and community influencers.
• Assist in executing targeted direct mail campaigns, renew approved recruitment advertisements, and conduct telemarketing efforts.
• Manage record-keeping systems and furnish reporting information on lead development and candidate interactions.
• Organize phone screenings and interviews, and present candidate profiles to the relevant departments.
• Ensure that providers are appropriately arranged for site visits.
• Execute assigned projects and support additional office tasks.
• Travel for site visits, educational conferences, career fairs, recruitment specialty conferences, and various business meetings and activities.
• Collaborate closely with firms and independent contractors as necessary to secure provider coverage.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required; however, leadership may accept four years of relevant experience in place of formal education.
• Preferred areas of study include Healthcare, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.
• AAPPR Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with various medical specialties and experience in evaluating a Curriculum Vitae (CV) are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers are necessary.
• Strong project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication capabilities are required.
• Flexibility to work varying hours based on recruitment visits and physician schedules is essential.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, conferences, career fairs, recruitment specialty conferences, and other business-related meetings is necessary.
