This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor options across diagnostic and treatment activities.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning chains lead to answers derived solely from vignette facts.

• Rectify reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations and physician adjudication.

• Complete project assignments via the platform and receive compensation for approved tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Valid, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment expertise in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare titles.
