Physician, MD/DO – Medical AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes that include questions, suggested answers, and distractor options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the effectiveness of distractor options.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the information provided in the vignettes.

• Revise reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by adjudication by a physician.

• Carry out project tasks via the platform and receive compensation for tasks that are approved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, which will be verified during onboarding and re-checked on a monthly basis.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Experience in direct patient care is necessary; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Comprehensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong capabilities in clinical reasoning, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Must be a US-licensed physician residing in an eligible US state.

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
