Physician, MD/DO – Medical AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor "trap" answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from vignette facts.

• Correct reasoning paths and generate concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reads and participate in physician adjudication.

• Execute project tasks using the platform and receive payment for tasks that are approved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO) and an active, unrestricted US medical license, which will be verified during onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Must be a US-licensed physician residing in an eligible US state.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
