Physician – Home Visits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide wound, skin, and ostomy care in the homes of patients as well as in nursing home and long-term care facilities.

• Carry out advanced bedside and surgical procedures.

• Facilitate the transition of care delivery from hospitals and clinics to home health and long-term care environments.

• Engage in physician mentoring, training, and activities approved for Continuing Medical Education (CME).

• Enhance patient lives through the delivery of mobile medical services.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Medical License is required.

• Availability of at least two full weekdays is necessary.

• Preference will be given to full-time physicians working Monday through Friday.

• Board Certification/Eligibility is not mandatory; training will be provided.
