Physical Therapist, Telehealth – PRN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform telehealth assessments and treatment sessions

• Create personalized treatment plans and track patient development

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams when necessary

• Adhere to all relevant state regulations and professional standards

• Deliver telehealth rehabilitation services on an as-needed basis

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must reside in Medford, OR

• A valid PT license in Oregon is required

• Must hold licensure in both OR and WA

• Additional licensure in Washington, Idaho, and/or Montana is preferred

• Multi-state licensure is highly desired

• Experience with telehealth is preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, and technological skills

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment
