This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert pediatric physical therapy services to children from birth to age 21 in both home and community environments.

• Assess mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, positioning, and functional movement requirements.

• Create tailored care plans that enhance safety, foster independence, and encourage functional advancement.

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care between therapy sessions.

• Work alongside occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams.

• Ensure timely documentation through electronic charting systems.

• Develop a caseload that aligns with your preferred schedule and service areas.

• Deliver individualized care in children's natural settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy or a related degree in Physical Therapy.

• Active or eligible license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.

• Current certification in CPR/BLS (in-person).

• Valid driver's license required.

• Auto insurance necessary.

• Reliable means of transportation.

• Experience with pediatric patients is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
