Physical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the physical therapy needs of patients

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in compliance with the State of Michigan licensure and the scope of practice for physical therapy

• Deliver high-quality care to patients

• Offer education and support to patients and their families, including necessary written instructions

• Collaborate efficiently with the interdisciplinary team through effective communication and innovative input

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Possession of a Physical Therapy License in the State of Michigan

• Proof of vaccination or lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella

• Annual flu vaccination or an approved medical or religious exemption

• Availability to work 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with variable on-call weekends
