This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Deliver expert pediatric physical therapy services to children from birth to age 21 in both home and community environments.
β’ Assess mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor skills, positioning, and overall functional movement needs.
β’ Create customized care plans that emphasize safety, independence, and functional advancement.
β’ Collaborate with families and caregivers to encourage continuity of care between appointments.
β’ Work together with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams.
β’ Ensure timely documentation is completed using electronic charting systems.
β’ Build a caseload that aligns with your preferred schedule, service areas, and availability.
β’ Doctor of Physical Therapy or an equivalent PT degree.
β’ Active or eligible license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
β’ Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
β’ Valid driver's license.
β’ Automobile insurance.
β’ Reliable means of transportation.
β’ Experience with pediatrics is preferred; we encourage new graduates to apply.
