📋 Description

• Enhance high-end fashion, apparel, e-commerce, lifestyle, and campaign photography through retouching.

• Execute advanced beauty, skin, hair, and complexion enhancements while ensuring a natural and realistic look.

• Refine garments by eliminating distractions, wrinkles, lint, stray threads, and other flaws, while retaining fabric texture and construction integrity.

• Conduct precise color correction and matching to accurately and consistently represent products.

• Ensure accurate portrayal of garment colors, prints, patterns, textures, and materials throughout images.

• Implement advanced masking, compositing, background cleanup, and image manipulation as required.

• Prepare images for e-commerce, websites, emails, social media, advertising, print, and other marketing channels.

• Maintain consistency across extensive image sets and seasonal collections.

• Work in alignment with creative direction and brand guidelines while exercising independent judgment in the retouching process.

• Collaborate remotely with photographers, creative leadership, designers, marketing, and e-commerce teams.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail.

• Organize files, layers, versions, and final outputs in accordance with established workflows.

• Identify potential issues in photography or production imagery and propose effective retouching solutions.

• Assist in establishing and continuously enhancing retouching standards, workflows, and visual quality throughout the brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional photo editing experience.

• Advanced expertise in Adobe Photoshop and professional retouching workflows.

• Strong knowledge of color correction, color management, masking, compositing, and image preparation techniques.

• Exceptional understanding of fashion and beauty retouching methods.

• Solid grasp of fabrics, garment construction, texture, and how clothing should appear in final images.

• Remarkable attention to detail, proportion, color, consistency, and visual quality.

• Ability to execute sophisticated retouching while maintaining a natural and commercially viable aesthetic.

• Experience with high-resolution RAW files and professional photography workflows.

• Strong organizational and file management capabilities.

• Ability to operate independently in a fully remote setting and manage priorities without constant oversight.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to receive, interpret, and act on creative feedback.

• Capability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
