
Pharmacy Technician β Refill Calls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee and manage the processing of medication refills, involving data entry and claims adjudication.
β’ Conduct outbound calls for refill requests and provide assistance to patients during the refill process.
β’ Address and resolve inquiries from patients and providers that come in.
β’ Clarify prescription orders by collaborating with pharmacists or clinical personnel.
β’ Keep patient and prescription information current in software systems.
β’ Identify trends, suggest enhancements, and support initiatives aimed at process improvement.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for patients.
β’ Uphold confidentiality and adhere to high service quality standards.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician is required, including expertise in refills, claims adjudication, clinical collaboration, or specialty pharmacy.
β’ An active Pharmacy Technician license from Washington or Oregon is mandatory.
β’ National certification (CPhT or an equivalent) is required.
β’ Strong computer skills are essential.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessary.
β’ Ability to navigate the internet and utilize web-based platforms effectively.
β’ Data entry and computer skills will be assessed through a pre-employment evaluation.
