Clinician – Specialized Care, Nurses and Pharmacists

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to patients regarding intricate inquiries about treatments, clinical protocols, and side effects.

• Carry out follow-up consultations concerning patients’ treatment plans.

• Facilitate the training and professional growth of less experienced team members.

• Develop a unique customer care and consultation experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Nursing or Pharmacy with an active professional registration (COREN or CRF).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Familiarity with management tools (Slack, Google Workspace) and customer support platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar) is an advantage.

• Prior experience in employee training is a plus.

• A postgraduate qualification in a clinical field (Clinical Pharmacy, Oncology, Primary Health Care, or related areas) is advantageous.
