Pharmacy Solution Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, design, and deliver comprehensive business and technology solutions.

• Identify business opportunities and convert them into scalable solution concepts.

• Develop solution roadmaps that are in alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.

• Build compelling business cases and value propositions.

• Collect and document business, operational, and technical requirements.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to establish solution scope and success criteria.

• Create solution frameworks, process flows, and high-level architectural concepts.

• Ensure that solutions are feasible, scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.

• Act as a liaison between business, product, technology, operations, and vendor teams.

• Drive consensus among cross-functional stakeholders.

• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, and Operations to implement solutions.

• Establish KPIs and success metrics.

• Monitor performance and adoption post-implementation.

• Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

• Propel lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution management, product management, or related fields.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed environment.

• Strong capabilities in business process analysis and requirements gathering.

• Ability to transform complex business needs into practical solutions.

• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

• Experience managing multiple priorities and initiatives concurrently.

• Preferred experience in healthcare, technology, financial services, or consulting industries.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies is preferred.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and system integrations is preferred.

• Preferred experience in developing business cases and financial models.

• Relevant certifications such as CSPO, SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CBAP are preferred.

• Reliable home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
