Pharmacy Programs Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive oversight of pharmacy networks across all Medicare plans.

• Oversee daily operations in collaboration with external pharmacy benefit managers.

• Assess network pharmacies to guarantee accuracy in pricing setups and adherence to operational quality standards.

• Enhance PBM vendor performance and uphold operational integrity.

• Investigate claims and evaluate the implementation of benefit designs.

• Supervise PBM mail order and customer service operations.

• Ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and enterprise regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with pharmacy networks and/or health plans.

• Experience in project management.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Adaptability and capability to perform well under pressure.

• Proficiency in PC applications, including Word and Excel.

• Experience with databases.

• Must be able to work remotely from within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

• Ability to operate within the East Coast Time Zone.

• Successful completion of drug screening may be a requirement.
