Pharmacy Interface Certification Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee interface certification initiatives from the onboarding phase to production implementation.

• Evaluate, validate, and troubleshoot APIs, interfaces, and healthcare data transactions.

• Convey technical specifications, project status, and implementation strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop and sustain documentation related to certifications, implementations, and ongoing support.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance integration processes and improve customer outcomes.

• Provide support and certification for integrations throughout the EnterpriseRx platform and its partner ecosystem.

• Facilitate the onboarding of vendors and customers, deploying healthcare technology integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Generally requires a minimum of 4 years of pertinent professional experience.

• At least 4 years of experience in systems integration, interface certification, implementation, API support, or a closely related technical field.

• Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration testing tools.

• Familiarity with SQL and relational database management.

• Experience in troubleshooting system integrations, interfaces, and data transactions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders concurrently.

• Prior experience with healthcare or pharmacy technology platforms is preferred.

• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, NCPDP Script, or NCPDP Telecommunications standards is preferred.

• Experience with cloud-based integration environments, Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools is preferred.

• Exposure to AI-driven troubleshooting, testing, or operational-efficiency tools is preferred.
