This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Translate pharmacovigilance and/or clinical-regulatory materials from Spanish to English.

• Conduct Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) on machine-generated safety content.

• Review translated/post-edited content for precision, tone, and consistency through copy-editing.

• Adhere to strict, non-extendable deadlines for time-sensitive safety materials.

• Assist a high-volume, rapid-response pharmacovigilance initiative for a prominent global pharmaceutical firm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, or language studies, or an equivalent qualification with substantial translation training.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in translating medical documentation, with expertise in Pharmacovigilance and/or Clinical-Regulatory content.

• Preferred experience in translating pharmacovigilance content, including SAE/AE, PSURs, SUSARs, ICSRs, DSURs, and Risk Management Plans (RMP).

• Alternatively, experience in translating regulatory or clinical documents such as medical reports, protocols, synopses, ICF, discharge reports, study reports, SmPC, PIL, or medical literature.

• High daily availability; consistent daily capacity is essential, as the program is not suited for part-time schedules.

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Familiarity with XTM or similar CAT tools.

• Dependable, deadline-oriented, and adaptable, capable of committing to rapid turnaround times without extensions.
