Pharmacist, Operational Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Quality Director / Responsible Pharmacist to implement the quality policy and quality system.

• Actively engage in the execution and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the production units of both pharmaceutical establishments.

• Involve yourself in operational quality processes, which include managing deviations, CAPAs, disputes, complaints, batch record evaluations, and overseeing the release lead time.

• Advocate for and drive the continuous enhancement of quality processes.

• Assist in fostering and promoting a quality culture across the entire plant.

• Ensure that the existing methods and organizational frameworks are sound and consistently fulfill quality and pharmaceutical standards, in conjunction with the Quality Director.

• Upon signing a delegation of authority, authorize the release of batches.

• Must be a qualified pharmacist for Sector B practice.

• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Personable and at ease when approaching others to gather information.

• Independent, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Possess a positive attitude, with the ability to devise solutions for various challenges.

• Proactive and capable of making recommendations based on different scenarios.

• Enjoy collaboration and thrive on challenges.

• Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.

• Proficient in AI tools and Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with quality tools utilized for developing or revising risk assessments.
