Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) – Multi-State Sterile Compounding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Act as the appointed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for active, multi-state sterile compounding operations.

• Ensure professional compliance oversight and manage Board-related documentation.

• Evaluate and authorize licensing submissions, renewals, and regulatory paperwork.

• Collaborate with the pharmacy operations and compliance team to maintain ongoing compliance.

• Engage in occasional discussions related to the Board.

• Address compliance-related issues.

• Offer professional advice and identify matters that require follow-up or corrective actions.

• Assess and approve licensing documentation, operational policies, and regulatory responses prepared by the internal team.

• Valid, unrestricted pharmacist license in the relevant state.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Dedication to patient safety and adherence to compliance standards.

• Submission of a resume/CV along with pharmacist license details is required.

• Availability to undertake Pharmacist in Charge duties and address compliance issues.

• Agreement for a 90-day term.
