Pharmacist-in-Charge – Multi-State Sterile Compounding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the appointed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)

• Carry out the duties associated with the PIC role

• Assess and endorse licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory documents

• Collaborate with the pharmacy operations and compliance team to ensure ongoing adherence

• Engage in occasional discussions related to the Board

• Address compliance issues as they arise

• Offer professional advice and insights

• Recognize matters that need follow-up or corrective measures

• Valid, unrestricted pharmacist license in the relevant state

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Strong professional judgment

• Proactive and team-oriented

• Dedication to patient safety and regulatory compliance
