Pharmaceutical Representative – Metabolic Diseases

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Optimize sales for Sobi’s Metabolic Diseases brands within a designated territory.

• Showcase the company’s products while relaying customer feedback.

• Develop robust, credible relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Provide high-quality, compliant customer interactions.

• Implement territory plans to achieve and surpass sales goals.

• Ensure daily operations align with account/brand strategy and national commercial priorities.

• Report on customer insights.

• Enhance knowledge of disease areas, product value propositions, diagnostic pathways, and treatment algorithms.

• Gather market insights through customer interactions, data, and other resources.

• Implement territory-level cycle plans.

• Enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.

• Conduct customer-facing activities utilizing approved materials and compliant practices.

• Provide clear, compelling, and medically aligned product information during in-person interactions.

• Complete necessary training and incorporate learnings into daily practice.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Specialty Care pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Lipidology.

• Strong customer-facing skills with a proven track record of success.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

• Conduct interactions in accordance with local regulations, industry codes, and Sobi policies.

• Complete all mandatory training and consistently apply learnings.
