Pest Control Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Visit both new and existing commercial and residential clients.

• Offer solutions for bird and rodent-proofing, such as bird netting, bird points, and rodent-proofing systems.

• Remove bird fouling and rodent droppings as necessary.

• Install pest control equipment, including external bait stations.

• Utilize the Flexi Armour system to prevent pest entry.

• Assist with routine inspections and support local technicians.

• Oversee job safety, perform risk assessments, create method statements, and ensure safe working practices are followed.

• Lead technician responsible for managing job progression from initiation to completion.

• Order materials and ensure access to necessary equipment.

• Independently manage daily operations when needed.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, identify pest issues, and seek new business opportunities.

• Cover the Coventry branch area extending from Rugby to Hereford.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a full UK driving license for over two years, with no more than six penalty points.

• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or higher is preferred.

• Possess excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Be flexible with working hours to meet business requirements.

• May need to pass a DBS check depending on the position.

• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Sunday, including weekends, overtime, and other out-of-hours shifts.

• Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

• Ability to adhere to risk assessments, method statements, and safe working practices.
