Personal Lines Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities

• Oversee and nurture existing client relationships

• Offer tailored risk management solutions for clients of varying sizes

• Create and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives

• Deliver personalized insurance solutions, which include homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters

• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients

• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients' personal and family insurance requirements

• Keep clients updated on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that may impact their insurance needs

• Compile and submit regular reports on sales performance and account activities

• Collaborate with a dedicated service team to manage and enhance relationships with new clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a valid Property and Casualty License in the state of application

• Experience in personal lines sales and/or service

• Outgoing and energetic personality, with a passion for independently seeking leads

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a team setting while effectively prioritizing risks to manage multiple workflows

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening and both verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient in effective communication

• Strong knowledge of homeowners and personal auto coverage

• Developing expertise in personal insurance markets for placing new business

• Familiarity with the supplemental insurance marketplace

• Strong sales capabilities

• Experience with AMS 360 software
