This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee Litigation from Start to Finish: Handle cases from intake to trial, which includes strategy formulation, discovery, depositions, and settlement discussions.

• Court Representation: Effectively represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and accuracy.

• Client Consultation & Strategy: Provide clients with legal advice and craft effective strategies tailored to their specific cases.

• Drafting & Advocacy: Create compelling pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

• Trial Preparation: Collaborate closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy.

• Case Assessment: Evaluate liability, damages, and risks to inform case direction.

• Client Interaction: Ensure robust and consistent communication, delivering a high-touch client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.

• License:

- Required: Active California Bar license.

- Preferred: Dual licensure in California and Texas.

• Trial Experience: Proven courtroom experience with a history of successful outcomes.

• Skills: Outstanding advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
