Personal Injury Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for managing cases from start to finish

• Handling a pre-litigation caseload, including drafting demand letters

• Initiating and supervising the litigation process

• Engaging in negotiations for pre-litigation matters

• Assessing and analyzing case validity

• Drafting legal documents

• Systematizing case information

• Offering appropriate guidance to support personnel

• Reviewing applicable laws and regulations

• Eligible for a monthly bonus incentive

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid license to practice law in Georgia

• Maintain regular communication with clients during the pre-litigation stage

• Collaborate closely with case managers and other support staff throughout the pre-litigation phase

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury

• Strong time management skills are essential

• Ability to multitask and perform tasks efficiently and respectfully with all levels of Firm personnel and the public

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong client service abilities

• Capable of managing all facets of litigation, including matters within federal court jurisdiction

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and research capabilities

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated, and professional demeanor

• Detail-oriented and driven

• Maintain frequent communication with clients and adjusters

• Initiate welcome calls with new clients

• Collect case details such as photographs, treatment information, and insurance data

• Conduct settlement proceedings

• Negotiate all liens and final balances with healthcare providers

• Communicate with medical providers to ensure clients receive appropriate medical care

• Assist with property damage matters as necessary

• Strong work ethic is a must

• Proficient negotiation skills are required
