Personal Assistant – E-Communication, Financial Planning & Quotes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Organize, reply to, and archive messages in the email inbox

• Create quotes and develop insurance concepts

• Input financial planning information into Google Sheets

• Arrange appointments and manage reminders effectively

• Prepare for appointments and conduct follow-ups

• Oversee CRM activities and monitor sales tasks

• Open, label, digitize, and organize unread postal mail

• Manage back-office operations in YProFinance

• Develop educational and training materials for insurance brokers in Versuro

• Assist brokers during the onboarding process for software systems

• Schedule commercial inquiries in FinanzFliege and manage them in the CRM

• Handle follow-up emails, planning, and organizational duties

• Optional: Generate content using Jarvis AI and publish it on the website

⛳️ Requirements

• IHK-certified qualification as an insurance and finance clerk OR demonstrable experience in insurance and finance topics as a career changer

• Familiarity with essential types of insurance coverage, especially health insurance, private liability insurance, and disability insurance

• Eagerness to learn about household contents, automotive (car/motorcycle), homeowners, accident, checking account, and savings account products

• A strong willingness to learn

• Attention to detail and precision in preparing quotes and data entry

• Readiness to work with digital tools, including Google Sheets and CRM systems

• Proficiency in processing emails in German
