Performance Technical Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility for KEEN’s performance product lines within designated territories.

• Cultivate relationships with specialty running, outdoor, and strategic retail partners.

• Provide product education and training to retail personnel and consumers.

• Support consumer engagement activities and demonstrations.

• Develop in-store initiatives to boost product recognition and brand presence.

• Organize and implement running events for specialty running retailers.

• Represent KEEN at regional and national trail races, expos, and trade shows.

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to enhance brand visibility and product sell-through.

• Work in tandem with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Merchandising teams.

• Collect market insights and offer frontline feedback for brand and product innovation.

• Maintain weekly and monthly progress reports and adjust strategies based on evolving retail conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three (3) years of experience in retail, sales, account marketing, or customer service (preferably in running retail).

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered on a year-for-year basis.

• Profound knowledge of and passion for trail running and outdoor activities.

• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills, both in-person and online.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and exceptionally organized.

• Ability to collaborate across functions and work independently.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

• MVR required.
