Performance Technical Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving sales growth and enhancing brand recognition for KEEN performance product lines within designated regions.

• Cultivate and sustain partnerships with specialty running, outdoor, and key retail partners.

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to pinpoint opportunities that enhance brand visibility and boost sales performance.

• Provide product education and training to retail personnel and customers.

• Develop in-store engagement initiatives to elevate product awareness and brand prominence.

• Organize and execute running events for specialty retailers.

• Represent KEEN at regional and national trail races, expos, and trade shows.

• Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Merchandising teams.

• Collect market insights and deliver frontline feedback for brand and product enhancement.

• Maintain weekly and monthly progress reports and modify plans when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail, sales, account marketing, or customer service.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

• A combination of experience and education may be accepted on a year-for-year basis.

• Extensive knowledge and passion for trail running and outdoor activities.

• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal abilities.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial-minded, and exceptionally organized.

• Capability to work independently and collaborate across various functions.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word applications.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

• A Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) is required.
