This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +9 more states.
• Establish and nurture external client relationships while serving as the internal advocate for clients.
• Propel client success through effective product usage, upgrades, group harvest sales, and revenue preservation.
• Safeguard monthly revenue in instances where long-term client agreements may not be established.
• Recognize customer interest in supplementary products, harvest additional accounts, and expand or upsell product features.
• Collaborate with fellow Performance Managers to deliver seamless experiences for clients utilizing multiple products.
• Independently manage assigned account portfolios and revenue retention outcomes.
• Create opportunities for upgrades and revenue through harvesting.
• Engage with clients via virtual screen sharing and occasional onsite visits.
• Enhance product utilization, streamline business processes, and support clients in achieving their goals.
• Cultivate relationships with dealership client personnel at various levels.
• Develop action plans for at-risk clients to maintain relationships.
• Identify obstacles and core issues hindering clients from fulfilling their business objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations and guide clients in leveraging product capabilities effectively.
• Monitor account performance, trends, system alerts, and emergencies.
• Enhance processes and systems through client interactions.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and conduct training on new releases and enhancements.
• Identify and address complex issues autonomously.
• Assess software ROI and offer recommendations to clients.
• Support or mentor new and less experienced Performance Managers.
• Sustain client relationships and uphold internal metrics.
• Assist with or lead special projects, including dealer workshops/webinars, product ownership, new-hire training, and vendor events.
• Complete internal tasks and training within deadlines.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 2 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 8 years of experience in a related field.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience in a retail automotive dealership environment.
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience managing digital marketing strategies for a single rooftop or dealer group.
• Demonstrated sales expertise.
• Comprehensive conceptual and practical knowledge of client engagement and the retail automotive sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite technologies, screen share tools, and other relevant software systems.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels within an automotive dealership or dealer group.
• Capability to track progress using software and work collaboratively with software partners.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding listening abilities and the capacity to identify problems/risks remotely.
• Strong client focus and customer service capabilities.
• Motivated self-starter with a persistent and proactive approach to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Eagerness to learn complex technology and a basic understanding of web-based systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including in-market, overnight, and occasional weekend travel.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• Not eligible for OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Annual incentive/commission target of $27,000.00.
