Performance Creative Designer – Part-Time, Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create high-impact creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.

• Design static advertisements, carousels, and display ads.

• Conceptualize and edit video advertisements, Reels, and short-form content.

• Generate AI-generated images and videos utilizing advanced AI tools.

• Innovate new advertising concepts, hooks, and creative campaign strategies.

• Enhance existing creatives based on key performance indicators and A/B testing.

• Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team to boost conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Design elements for landing pages, banners, and campaign materials.

• Evaluate current social media and performance trends.

• Maintain a consistent, high-quality brand presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in performance creative, digital design, or creative advertising.

• A portfolio showcasing successful advertisements and video creatives.

• Strong eye for design, visual communication, and storytelling.

• Familiarity with performance marketing and design focused on conversions.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva.

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or Veo.

• Knowledge of A/B testing, click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), ROAS, and conversion optimization.

• Self-motivated with a structured work approach.

• Ability to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.

• Background in the beauty, cosmetics, or premium lifestyle sectors is advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with user-generated content (UGC) creators and influencer content is a plus.

• Familiarity with advertising on Meta and TikTok is beneficial.

• Experience in photo and video production is a plus.

• Understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing is a plus.
