Performance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement extensive development initiatives.

• Work alongside sales and segment leaders to pinpoint performance gaps and propose tailored learning solutions.

• Design, organize, and deliver training sessions for large audiences on both sales and non-sales subjects, conducted in person and virtually.

• Develop practical tools, guides, and follow-up resources to facilitate on-the-job application.

• Partner with subject matter experts to create content, manage training programs, and enhance learning experiences.

• Evaluate program effectiveness using participant feedback and performance metrics.

• Share results and continuously enhance programs.

• Utilize adult learning principles, instructional strategies, and innovative technologies, including generative AI.

• Engage with all levels of the sales organization to address performance-related challenges and issues.

• Proven experience in training with successful outcomes.

• In-depth understanding of the sales process.

• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting and across the organization.

• Ability to think strategically, tactically, and analytically.

• Familiarity with core Office 365 applications and AI tools.

• Demonstrated project management, time management, and organizational capabilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional presentation skills in both in-person and virtual contexts.
