Performance and Talent Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to enhance Trafilea's performance and talent development initiatives.

• Equip managers with tools, insights, and support necessary to cultivate high-performing teams.

• Oversee and implement the Performance Review process from initiation to conclusion.

• Manage Talent Calibration, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), Succession Planning, and Promotion procedures.

• Monitor talent metrics and produce dashboards and reports with actionable insights.

• Work alongside leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to promote talent development and the adoption of processes.

• Sustain career frameworks, job leveling, and competency documentation.

• Develop and deliver training, workshops, and learning materials for managers and staff.

• Recognize and implement process enhancements using data, AI, and automation tools.

• Ensure that talent programs are executed accurately, punctually, and in alignment with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HRBP roles.

• Proven experience overseeing Performance Reviews, Talent Calibration, IDPs, PIPs, Succession Planning, and Career Development initiatives.

• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in advanced Google Sheets/Excel and dashboard reporting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with leaders and teams.

• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience with HRIS, Talent Management, or Learning Management Systems (e.g., BambooHR, Small Improvements, or similar platforms).

• Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Zapier, n8n, or similar) to enhance efficiency and reporting.
