This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, test, and implement customized PeopleSoft solutions, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
• Convert functional requirements into comprehensive technical design specifications and application architecture.
• Create technical design documents and testing plans.
• Conduct unit testing and carry out technical remediations for extensive HCM modules.
• Create integrations using Integration Broker, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Develop REST/JSON APIs and SOAP web services for multi-system integrations.
• Write and optimize intricate SQL statements and database objects to ensure performance across large datasets.
• Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to guarantee timely delivery.
• Partner with technical leads to oversee cutover and deployment processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of PeopleSoft development experience.
• More than 10 years of overall technical experience in system design and production support for large-scale applications.
• At least 2 years of hands-on technical experience with PeopleTools 8.55 or higher.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a large-scale enterprise or federal setting.
• Experience in developing REST/JSON APIs and SOAP web services through Integration Broker.
• Previous experience supporting large-scale defense or public sector ERP implementations.
• Proficiency in Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and PS Query.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Fluid User Interface (UI), Page and Field Configurator, and Approval Framework (AWE).
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
