PeopleSoft Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee functional tasks for a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade initiative for a U.S. federal utility.

• Assist in functional and technical tasks related to requirements analysis, configuration, customization, and testing.

• Configure PeopleSoft HCM modules based on functional specifications.

• Develop or modify PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and integration components.

• Facilitate requirements sessions and contribute to the creation of functional and technical design documentation.

• Design and implement test scripts to ensure configurations and customizations are validated.

• Engage in all phases: Study, Design, Build/Test, and Deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM; familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x is preferred.

• Proven experience in gathering functional requirements and executing technical configuration/development.

• Background in PeopleSoft upgrade projects with knowledge of upgrade tools and methodologies.

• Understanding of PeopleSoft Integration Broker, web services, and interface development.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Possess a Top Secret clearance.

• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
