This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Convert market research questionnaires from Microsoft Word formatting into the Qualtrics online survey platform.

• Configure routing, custom display logic, and termination logic.

• Ensure that questions and supporting media are accessible, comprehensible, visually appealing, and engaging.

• Utilize JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, and CSS to develop custom question designs, back-end logic/data structures, and display functionalities within Qualtrics.

• Contribute to libraries of accessible JavaScript/jQuery examples.

• Suggest modifications or clarifications to project managers.

• Conduct quality assurance on programmed surveys prior to distribution.

• Establish projects to gather samples through internal or external recruitment partners.

• Oversee and upload third-party translations, ensuring their correct display.

• Communicate project progress, edit requests, and inquiries with project managers.

• Collaborate with fieldwork teams to meet necessary quotas.

• Execute additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in programming market research surveys in Qualtrics (highly preferred) or another online survey platform (Decipher/Forsta, Alchemer, Sawtooth, Versive).

• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, translate specification documents into programmed surveys, and communicate updates regarding timing expectations.

• Proficiency in JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, and CSS for creating custom question types or presentations.

• Familiarity with implementing more advanced survey design elements (conjoint, maxdiff, least-fill randomization).

• Experience in quality assurance for surveys and designing QA processes and workflows to ensure alignment with requested specifications/designs.

• Capacity to advise on best practices for survey design and experience, identifying potential issues in survey designs that may complicate the response process for end-respondents.
