PeopleSoft Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee functional responsibilities for a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade initiative

• Assist in both functional and technical tasks encompassing requirements analysis, configuration, customization, and testing

• Set up PeopleSoft HCM modules in accordance with functional specifications

• Develop or adjust PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and integration components

• Facilitate requirements sessions

• Contribute to the documentation of functional and technical designs

• Design and implement test scripts to assess configurations and customizations

• Engage in all phases including Study, Design, Build/Test, and Deployment

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM (preferably version 9.x)

• Proven experience in gathering functional requirements and in technical configuration/development

• Must be a U.S. Person

• Hold a Public Trust clearance level

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, web services, and interface development is a plus

• PeopleSoft certification(s) considered a bonus

• Must have work authorization in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
