People Ops, Recruiting Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and evaluate work products generated by AI, including documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Utilize extensive expertise in People operations/recruiting to assess the quality of outputs.

• Analyze AI-generated materials against specific quality criteria relevant to the domain.

• Detect factual inaccuracies, aesthetic issues, and presentation flaws.

• Deliver clear and organized written feedback.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent professional experience in People operations/recruiting.

• Native or professional proficiency in English.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

• Particularly adept with Google Slides/PowerPoint.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT visa sponsorship.

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a recognized institution is preferred.
